Natasha Gordon was born in Islington to Trinidadian parents. She has one younger sister and was raised in a Christian home. From the age of two, Natasha grew up in Tottenham, North London. She got married to Jermaine Gordon and has five children between them, including her nephew which now lives with them.
Natasha is an Antenatal Practitioner for the National Childbirth Trust. She helps new parents to deepen their knowledge of pregnancy and birth by supporting them through their wonderful journey of parenthood. Natasha is responsible for developing and teaching Birth and beyond courses and facilitates discussions and group work.
Natasha is the Founder of Kineasy Birthing which combines Kinesiology and Antenatal practices. The sessions physically prepare new mothers for birth as well as obliterating the patterns of panic, overwhelm, anxiety and low moods. Natasha aims to increase their energy, build confidence, self- belief and decision making. Natasha is able to detect the root cause/s for postnatal symptoms by using muscle test procedures and a range of treatments including lymphatic massage, electrical balancing, nutrition and emotional work.
Before starting out as a Practitioner, Natasha ran three successful businesses. She still works part time at Gordons Group Property Services alongside her husband, who builds and transforms properties, creating comfort for living. Natasha also accomplished and managed a top branded exclusive wellbeing salon for 15 years which was awarded for quality customer service and care. After a successful career, servicing well known professionals, Natasha came across the opportunity to co – author in the book ‘Single Mother ’s Diary ’ and now reveals the story of a single mother called Carella who fights for her fairy tale ending after facing torture and pain from a narcissistic relationship breakup.
